摘要

在pH为2.2的酸性介质中,在吐温-60溶液的存在下,Hg(Ⅱ)与二苯卡巴腙形成紫色的配合物,其最大吸收波长为486nm,氯离子的存在可使原紫色配合物吸光度降低,其负吸光度与氯离子浓度成正比。氯离子含量在0~50μg/50mL范围内服从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.74×104。方法用于水中微量氯离子的测定,结果满意。

Abstract

It is reported in this paper that diphenylcarbazone reacts with Hg(Ⅱ)in pH 2.2 in the presence of Tween—60 to form a purple complex with its absorption maximum at 486 nm .The existence of chloride will depress the absorption of the complex.The negative absorption will be proportional to the consistence of chloride.Beer's law holds in the concentration range of 0~50μg/50 mL for chlorides.It' s apparent molar absorptivity is 2.74 ×104.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Cl- in the water with satisfactory .
