摘要

导出了灰场回水系统结垢速度的理论计算公式,表明灰水质量比、水温、阻垢剂用量和回水流量等是影响结垢速度的主要因素。介绍了用模拟回水测定参数ηCa和f的方法,并结合电厂实际说明了如何用该公式确定阻垢剂用量。

Abstract

The theoretical calculation formula of the scale velocity of backwater system f rom the store field of coal ash has been deduced in this paper.It show s that mass rat io of coal ash water, water temperature, scale inhibitor concent rat ion, backwater flow and so on are the main factors which affect the scale velocity.The determinat ion of the parameters GCaand f by simulated backwater is int roduced.It combines the power plant w ith pract ice, and explains how to use the formula to determine the scale inhibitor concentrat ion.
