摘要

主要研究了以自来水作为进水时,D113树脂在使用若干周期后其部分物化性能的变化规律。结果表明:使用100个周期后的D113树脂颜色有逐渐变深的趋势;树脂颗粒有效粒径增大,均一系数也增加;湿真密度和湿视密度减小;圆球率下降;耐磨率和磨后圆球率均比新树脂减小。此外,树脂从氢型变为钙、镁型时,转型膨胀率较大,树脂经长时间使用后工作交换容量有所降低。

Abstract

The variety law of the physical and chemical propert ies of D113 resin w ith the inf low of tap water af ter it is used for many cycles has been studied.The conclusion show s that the color of resin has a tendency to become fuscous and the size dist ribut ion and the uniform coef ficient rise; the w et density and the pellet ratio decrease.Compared w ith the new resin, both the w earable rat io and the ground pellet rat io fall after D113 resin has been used for 100 cycles.Moreover, the ratio of transfer expanding of resin is relat ively great w hen it changes from hydrogenous form to calcicum and magnesium forms and the operat ing capacity of resin falls a litt le af ter being used for a long periods.
