摘要

选用小球藻作为实验藻种,对几种评价灭藻剂性能的方法进行了探讨,其中包括叶绿素法、抑藻圈法、藻细胞浊度法和显微计数法。结果表明:叶绿素法是比较方便、有效的评价方法。

Abstract

With the selected Chlo rella, several performance assessment s of algaecide has been discussed, including chlorophyl a content detection, number micro-metering, algal cell juice opacity testing and alg al inhibi ting ring method.All the results show that chlorophyl a content detection is no t only ef fective but also convenient.
