主要介绍马钢2500m³高炉煤气洗涤污水及污泥处理的运行工艺及投产后的改进情况,它包括改进后的工艺流程,一次沉淀、二次浓缩、冷却、污泥处理及水质稳定等。着重阐述改进后生产运行效果及经济效益。

The operat ing technology of t reating sew age and sludge by g as washing at the 2500m³ blast furnace in Maanshan I ron and Steel Works and the improvement af ter putting it into production are int roduced in this paper, including the technological routines before and after the improvement, once -through precipitation, concentration at tw ice, cooling, sludge t reatment and water stability, etc.The emphasis is putting on the product ion running effect and economic benef it af ter the improvement.
