生物预处理净水工艺除色度生产应用研究

摘要

采用生物接触氧化预处理净水工艺对受污染的水源原水进行了除色度效果研究。结果表明:在正常水温20~28℃的条件下,当污染水源CODMn为 6~11mg/L,色度为30~40度和生物预处理净水工艺运行参数HRT为 1.4h,气∶水为 0.5∶1,DO为7~9mg/L时,生物预处理净水工艺对水源原水的脱色率为19%~43% ;在较低水温 7~ 16℃的条件下,当污染水源CODMn为 6~10mg/L,色度为 32~35度和生物预处理净水工艺运行参数HRT为 1.4h,气∶水为0.5∶1,DO为 8~ 10mg/L时,生物预处理净水工艺可去除水源原水中的色度为 13%~22%。

Abstract

The effect of color removal on the polluted raw water of water sources by the biopretreatment action of biocontact oxidation process with the elastic packing and micropore aerator has been studied. The research results show that the water purification biopretreatment can reach a color removal efficiency of 19%~43% for the raw water of water sources under the conditions of normal temperature 20~28 ℃,CODMn in polluted water sources 6~11 mg/L,chromaticity 30~40,the running parameters for the water purification biopretreatment HRT 1.4 h,gas∶water ratio 0.5∶1,and DO 7~9 mg/L. And the water purification biopretreatment can reach a color removal efficiency of 13%~22% for the raw water of water sources under lower water temperature 7~16 ℃,CODMn in polluted water sources 6~10 mg/L,chromaticity 32~35,the running parameters for the water purification biopretreatment of purified water HRT 1.4 h,gas∶water 0.5∶1,and DO 8~10 mg/L.
