摘要

宝钢一连铸结晶器循环水系统设计为敞开式循环水系统,自 1989年连铸投产后系统在夏季的送水温度经常超过连铸生产的报警水温,使连铸生产在夏季难以保证。1997年后,这一矛盾更为突出。 1999年初,我们对水系统的处理方案进行了优化,彻底解决了系统夏季的瓶颈问题,在保证水处理效果的前提下,提高了系统的浓缩倍数,节约了大量的工业补水和药剂费用。分析了造成报警温度问题的主要原因,总结了方案优化前后的水质及设备状况,提出了针对高热负荷开放式冷却系统的水处理方案。对其他类似问题的解决有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

The cooling water system of the Cont inuous Caster No. 1 in Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is an open circulat ing water system. Since 1989 the temperature of the inlet w ater in summer had of ten exceeded the mould alarm w ater temperature. After 1997 this problem had become more serious. In 1999 the t reatment program of the w ater system w as opt imized. The bott leneck problem w as successfully solved ever since. By now,cycles of concentration of this system is 1. 4 and the total cost is less than w hat it w as before. Most causes for this problem are summarized and the w ater quality and the mould condit ion are analyzed, before and after the new prog ram has been carried out
