摘要

针对稠油污水粘度大、油水密度差小、乳化严重、水温高、水质水量变化大的特点,认为高效净水药剂的研制和开发是稠油污水处理的基础和关键。实验结果表明 :当药剂TJ-1投加量为 75~100mg/L,絮凝剂P - 3投加量为 1~3mg/L,GT值控制在 10.4~10.5范围内,处理后的水清亮透明。油含量为1mg/L左右,去除率可达99.9%以上;悬浮物为 4mg/L左右,去除率可达 98.5 %;COD为 200mg/L左右,去除率可达 96.9%。

Abstract

R&D of high effective purifying chemicals is one of the bases and keys in treating effluent from in-situ heavy oil recovery according to its characteristics such as high viscosity, low oil/water ratio, serious emulsification, high temperatureand wide variation.Experimental results demonstrate that oil content, SS and COD in the treated water are about 1mg/L, 4 mg/L and 200 mg/L respectively, and their removal efficiency can reach over 99.9 %, 98.5 % and 96.9 %respectively when dosages of chemicals TJ -1 and flocculating agent P -3 are at the rang of 75 ~ 100 mg/L and 1 ~ 3mg/L respectively,at the same time, GT values are controlled at the rang of 104 ~ 105.
