The reason for the impurity in the stator cooling water of 300 MW unit is analyzed.The technical countermeasure of water quality improvement is put forward.The result and experience of the technical improvement are summarized.This experience can be used as reference for thewater quality control of the stator cooling water in generators of the same kind and for chemical monitoring work.
