摘要

将O/W型破乳剂与水处理剂结合使用,研究筛选了克拉玛依油田采油二厂含油污水的处理工艺配方,确定了4种处理工艺方案,研究结果表明:可将采油二厂含油污水处理为合格的注入水;处理后的水质指标达到SY/T 5329—1994标准;处理工艺简单,流程改动少,经济可行。

Abstract

Using O/W de-emulsifying agent in combination of water treatment agent,No.2 Oil Recovery Plant of Kelamayi Oilfield has studied the oil-bearing wastewater treatment technique.Four of the treatment programs have been screened and determined.The results show:1.It is feasible that the oil-bearing wastew ater can be treated into qualified injection water;2.The quality index of the treated water reaches the SY/ T 5329—1994 standard;3.The treatment technology is simple with less process changes and economical.
