A new kind of inorganic polymer water clarifying agent polyaluminum sulfate containing polybasic ions (MPAS)and its oduction process are introduced.The flocculating characteristics of MPAS are detected, and the conditions are investigated exntally in order that MPAS possesses the best flocculating performance and chemical stability.the final experimental results show that MPAS is superior to the traditional water clari-fying agent polyaluminum sulfate and aluminum sulfate in flocculating performance and chemical stability.
