摘要

研究了在热电厂粉煤灰中加入少量的硫酸烧渣和适量的固体NaCl,在加热条件下用稀硫酸搅拌浸取2.5h后,制得集物理吸附和化学混凝为一体的混凝剂。这种混凝剂与PSA絮凝剂配合用于焦化厂含酚废水的处理,混凝沉降速度快,污泥体积小,处理废水费用低;SS、COD、色度和酚的去除率分别为 95%、86%、96%和 92 %。并结合显微照片探讨了酸浸粉煤灰混凝剂对含酚废水的混凝沉降机理。

Abstract

A coal fly ash-based coagulant combining the capabilities of both physical adsorption and chemical coagulation has been prepared treated by adding a small amount of pyrite slag and an appropriate amount of NaCl to coal fly ash in coal-fired thermal power plants and then the resulting mixture being stirred and extracted with dilute H2SO4 for 2.5 h at 100 ℃. This coagulant thus was used to treat toxic phenols wastewater in coke plant, the removing rate of SS, COD, color and phenols was 95%, 86%, 96% and 92% respectively, a higher rate of settlement, a smaller volume of sludge, and a lower cost of treatment. The coagulation mechanism of fly ash coagulant in the treatment of toxic phenols wastewater in coke plant has been studied.
