摘要

作者研究了衣康酸—丙烯酸二元共聚物水溶液的合成工艺及对合成水碳酸钙的阻垢效果。探讨了共聚物用量,钙离子浓度,溶液温度和恒温时间对阻垢率的影响。实验结果表明,衣—丙共聚物对CaCO3的阻垢效果好,适应温度范围宽,在共聚物用量较小的情况下即可取得显著的阻垢效果。

Abstract

The synthetic process and the scale inhibition function of the copolymer of itaconic acid- acrylic acid to synthetic water containing CaCO3 have been studied. The relationships between the inhibition function and copolymer amount added, Ca2+ concentration, temperature and time of the solution have been discussed. the results showed that the copolymer possesses good effect on reducing scale inhibition of CaCO3 with a wide range temperature, The scale inhibition function was significant with a small amount of copolymer.
