摘要

叙述了用荧光分光光度法测定船舶机舱废水中油的最佳实验条件和方法,通过研究几种机舱污油的荧光光谱图,选择了最大激发波长310 nm,发射波长365 nm,该法工作曲线线性范围为0.005~10.0 mg/L,样品实测时标准偏差S=0.002~1.03,变异系数<5%,加标回收率94%~106%。

Abstract

Abstract:The best experimental condition and method that determine oil in wastewater in boat's engine room by fluorescence spectrophotometer is reported. Based on the study of several kinds of fluorescence diagrams of oil in boat's engine room,the λexMAX=310 nm,λemMAX=365 nm are chosen.Its operation curve has the linear range of 0.005~10.0 mg/L; the sample has a standard deviation of 0.002~1.03,CV<5%,and recovery rate of 94%~106%.
