摘要

采用络合解离-中和共沉淀法对高浓度络合态铜离子废水进行了处理。通过电化学氧化还原反应、置换还原反应、物理吸附以及絮凝共沉淀等诸多因素的协同作用,将络合态铜离子解离去除,铜总去除率可达99.6%。铁粉粒度、铁粉投加量、反应停留时间以及中和pH值等是该预处理方法的主要影响因素

Abstract

Wastewater with highly concentrated copper in complex state has been treated by dissociating the complex structure -neutralization and flocculation method.The dissociation and removal of complex copper ion could be a cooperation of various factors,including electrochemical oxidation and reduction,displacementreaction,phy sical adsorption and flocculation,etc.The total removal rate could reach 99.6 %.The main influential factors of this pretreatment are the granularity and quanti ty of iron powder,retention period of the reaction and the pH v alue of neutralization.
