摘要

深圳市真益电子厂工业废水量154m3/d,废水中含有环氧树脂、丁醇胺及部分颜料和填料,属难生化的低浓度有机废水。在污水处理工程设计中通过先对废水进行混凝沉淀,然后,再对沉淀上清液进行SBR法处理,使出水水质优于国家一级标准。

Abstract

The capacity of the industrial ef fluent from Zhenyi Electron Factory in Shenzhen is 154 cubic meters per day.The organic wastewater containing epoxy resin,butanolamine,colourant and filler has lowconcentration,and it is not highly biodegradable.For this wastewater,the supernatant liquid f rom set tling tank is treated by SBR process after coag ulation and sediment.The running results showthat the output water quality meet s first National Discharge Standard(GB8978 —1996).
