摘要

以水为溶剂,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为致孔剂,并通过向聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液中添加纳米SiO2构成铸膜液。凝固浴为Na2SO4/KOH/H2O溶液。采用相转化过程制备纳米SiO2-PVA复合超滤膜。实验表明,膜孔径对压力是敏感的。考察了SiO2含量和PEG含量对膜性能的影响。该膜在对含油废水的超滤实验中表现出良好的抗污染性及稳定性。

Abstract

The casting solutionis comprised of water as solvent,polyethyl enegly cols(PEG)as additive by adding nanosized sili condioxide(SiO22)to a solution of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).The coagulation bathis a solution of Na2SO4/KOH/H2O.Nano-sized SiO2-PVA composite membranes are prepared by the phase-inversion process.Experiments show that the porediameter of the resulting membranes is sensitive to pressure.The effects of SiO2content and PEG content on the performance of the membranes are investigated.Three membranes are indication of excellentanti-fouling characteristics and stability in ultrafiltration experiments of oil-bearing wastewater.
