摘要

可生化性试验表明:偶氮染料废水对微生物有抑制作用,但对驯化活性污泥并无明显的抑制作用。废水经过上流式厌氧污泥床 (UASB)的处理,可去除 50%~ 60%的COD,处理系统内形成颗粒污染,出水BOD5/COD增加到 0.42。厌氧出水经生物接触氧化法处理,可去除 65%COD。再经煤渣吸附,出水COD可降至 200mg/L以下,达到污水综合排放标准二级。

Abstract

The biochemical oxidation character experiment shows that azo dyes wastewater has inhibitory effect on microorganism.But the wastewater does not appear to be inhibitory to the acclimated activated sludge.When the wastewater is treated by UASB reactor, 50%~ 60%COD is removed, BOD5/COD is 0.42, and granular sludge is formed in reactor.When UASB reactor effluent goes through aerobic membrane biological reacto 65%COD is removed.Then the wastewater goes through the cinder adsorption of cinder treatment, the COD of effluent can be reduced to lower than 200 mg/L, meeting the Second Grade of Integrated Discharge Standard.
