摘要

论述了碱性印染废水和中小型锅炉烟气除尘脱硫联合治理的试验研究。利用锅炉原有湿式除尘系统,既保证了除尘效果,又达到烟气脱硫和净化废水的作用,脱硫效果良好。预处理后的废水,用铁屑和粉煤灰、生化池作为后续处理,可实现达标排放,取得了较好的环境效益和经济效益。

Abstract

The paper introduces the experimental study on combined treatment of alkaline dyeprinting wastewater and FGD of medium or small sized boilers.The original wet precipitator of the boiler can be used.Not only the result of dust-removing, but also the desulfurization of flue gas and wastewater treatment can be guaranteed.The experiments show that the desulfurizing efficiency was good.The pretreated wastewater may be treated by iron filings-flying ash and activated sludge process.Then the indexes will meet the national discharge standards.Thus excellent environmental and economic benefit may be obtained.
