摘要

以硅酸钠、硫酸和聚合硫酸铁为原料制备聚合硫酸铁—聚硅酸复合絮凝剂。研究了其对高浓度乳化油废水的破乳性能,并与其他无机絮凝剂和现处理药剂进行了比较,探讨了其混凝反应机理。实验结果表明,PFS—PS稳定性好,有较宽的 pH适用范围,对不同浓度的废水,投药量大于 30.0~ 40.0mg/L时,除油率在 98.6 %以上,并且形成絮体速度快,絮体粗大结实,优于所对比的药剂。

Abstract

Compound flocculant PFS -PS is prepared with poly-ferric sulphate, silicate of natrium and sulphuricacid.Its de-emulsifying property to oil/water emulsion of high concentration has been studied and compared with some other coagulants.The coagulation mechanism of PFS -PS is also discussed in this paper.The experimental results show that PFS -PS is superior to the compared coagulants with its characteristics of wide adapted pH, good stability and high removal rate of oil.
