摘要

针对目前冷却水系统添加的大多是阻垢缓蚀剂, 以及腐蚀和结垢是影响冷换设备换热效率及使用寿命的主要因素, 介绍了一种采用电化学测量原理和化工传热原理研制开发的, 适用于工业冷却水循环系统的腐蚀速率、污垢热阻实时监测技术。此项技术在如下几个方面体现了其优越性 :(1)在体系具有一定流速情况下的稳定电化学腐蚀速度测量 ;(2 )腐蚀、结垢情况的综合评价 ;(3)具有功能强大的直观的数据处理软件及实时的计算机监控功能。经过天津石化的实际应用, 其监测结果对于及时掌握设备的运行情况, 进而指导生产, 起到了良好的效果。

Abstract

In view of the situation that most of the reagents added to the present circulating cooling water systems are scaling and corrosion inhibitors. The main reasons which effect the heat exchange efficiency and the length of heat exchange equipment lifetime are corrosion and scaling. An on line monitor technique based on electrochemical measuring principle and chemical engineer heat transfer principle is studied and prepared, to inspect the corrosion speed and do the scaling heat resistance real time control for industrial circulating cooling water systems. The technique has the following superiority in 3 aspects:(1)In the corrosion speed measurement by stable electrochemical at certain flow speed;(2)In the comprehensive evaluation on corrosion and scaling;(3)It the has a powerful, visible data process software and a real time computer monitoring function. The practice at TPCC shows the monitor results have good effect on keeping informed on the running state of the equipment on time, and, furthermore, directing the production.
