摘要

在实验室小试的基础上,进行采用固定化细胞技术处理低浓度甲醇废水的现场中试研究。工程菌经固定化后,观察其实际运行状况。试验结果表明 :pH在 7~ 8.5,水力停留时间 (HRT)为 32min,水温在 2 5~ 35℃,甲醇质量浓度保持在 2 5~ 35mg/L等条件下,以甲醇为主的CODCr去除率可达 70 %以上,出水经树脂床处理后,可回用于高压锅炉用水。通过固定化技术对低浓度甲醇废水处理,不但节约了水资源,而且减少了对水环境的污染

Abstract

On the basis of the lab-experiment, locate pilot-scale operations on the treatment of the wastew ater of methanol with low concent rat ion by the technology of immobilized cells have been carried out. Based on the eng ineering bacteria being immobilized, when running conditions have been investigated. The experimental results demonst rate that the optimum rang e for immobilized cells pH is 7~ 8.5, temperature is 25~ 35 e, max imum influent methanol concentration is 25~ 35 mg/ L, the CODCr removal rate of methanol can be 70%, under the optimum conditions. The ef fluent treated by the resin bed can be reused in the high-pressure boiler. This method is ef ficient in saving water resource and protecting environments from pollution.
