山梨酸废水的生化处理

摘要

山梨酸生产废水有机浓度高、可生化性好、含盐量高。废水中CODCr为 80 0 0~ 16 5 0 0mg/L,B/C≥0.5,含盐量≥ 15g/L。本工程通过淹没式厌氧生物滤池和膜分离活性污泥法处理,CODCr总去除率高达 93%~99%,出水CODCr≤ 30 0mg/L,达到GB8978— 1996《污水综合排放标准》行业二级排放标准,顺利通过当地环保部门的验收。

Abstract

Potassium sorbate wastewater contains highly concentrated organic substances and high salinity, which can be biodegraded easily. T he inlet CODCr concentration of the wastewater is 8 000~ 16 500 mg/ L, B/ C value is more than 0. 5, salt concentration is more than 15 g/ L. Submerged anaerobic filtration and activated sludge process with membrane are used in this method. The removal efficiency of CODCr is 93% ~ 99%, and the CODCr concentration of outlet water is less than 300 mg/ L. It has completely reached the Second Grade Dis- charge Standard GB8978 ? 1996, and has been checked and accepted by the local environmental protection orga- nization.
