摘要

从影响阳离子交换器运行周期的诸多因素入手,通过多种试验,找出了由于设计原因引起的树脂压脂层高度不够、中排 (中间排液装置 )位置偏低,且流速太小,从而造成阳床出水周期不稳定、再生比耗过大、正洗困难的状况,并对其进行了改造,收到了很好的效果。

Abstract

By analyzing the causes affecting the operational cycles of cation exchangers and conducting exper-i ments, the essay points out that the faulty design resulting in the insufficient height of pressing resin layer, the lower position mid-draining device and its slow flow speed causes the unsteady operational periods, overabundance of regenerative ratio cost and difficult washing. The essay also introduces the way to reform it. Very good result has been achieved.
