使用RP-12和RP-78等水处理药剂,可将炼油厂达标外排污水直接回用于循环水系统。经过现场11个月的工业试验,监测的碳钢试管平均腐蚀速率 <0.0 5 2mm/a,粘附速率 <6.5mcm,异养菌平均总数 <1.2×10⁵mL^-1,处理效果与处理新鲜水的效果相当。不但具有明显的社会效益,而且具有一定的经济效益。

Discharged effluent from refineries is reused in circulating cooling water systems by using water treatment techniques,such as RP-12 and RP-78, etc. After an eleven-month industrial test, the results show that the average rates of corrosion are less than 0.052 mm/a,that of scale deposition less than 6.5 mcm,and the average number of bacteria less than 1.2×10⁵mL^-1. These results are similar to those of using new water as make up water. The reusing of effluent has not only notable social benefits in saving new water and decreasing the effluent discharge,but has economic benefit for the enterprise which reuses the effluent.
