摘要

介绍了一种处理采油废水的新型破乳剂,利用该破乳剂处理某油田采油废水,CODCr去除率可一次性达到 85 %以上。油去除率可达到 95 %以上。处理后的水再经砂滤,CODCr值可达到 10 0mg L以下,油含量可达到10mg L以下,达到了含油污水的国家级排放标准。为油田采出废水达标排放找到了一条出路。

Abstract

A new kind of demulsifying agent used to treat oil extraction wastewater is introduced.When the oil extraction wastewater is treated by this demulsifying agent, the removal rate of CODCr in purified water can attain to more than 85 %, and the removal rate of oil can attain to more than 95 %.After passing through the sand filtration,CODCr can attain to below 100 mg L and oil concentration can attain to below 10 mg L.The quality of oil-bearing wastewater can attain to the national standard of discharge.A useful way is found to discharge extraction wastewater in oil field to the environment .
