摘要

研究开发了一种新型非氧化性杀菌剂TS - 781,其主要成分为长碳链磺化甜菜碱两性化合物。TS -781适用于工业循环冷却水和油田注水,对水中异养菌 (TGB)和硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)有较好的杀灭效果。其杀菌效果优于十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。TS - 781对菌藻和生物粘泥具有极佳的剥离、清洗作用。由于含有长碳链烷基和磺酸酯基团,TS - 781兼具缓蚀、阻垢性能。

Abstract

A noval non-ox idat ive bactericide TS -781 is studied and developed.Its main composition is sulfonated betaine amphiprotic compound with long chain alkyl group.It is suitable for the circulating cooling water of industry and oil field injected water and has a good ef fect on the total general bacteria and sulfate reduction bacteria.The bactericidal effect of TS -781 is superior to dedecy l dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.It has an excellent effect on stripping and cleaning germs,algae and slime and also inhibits the corrosion and scale because of the long chain alkyl and sulfonate g roups.
