合成洗涤剂生产废水处理工程设计探讨

摘要

介绍了泡沫分离、混凝沉淀、生化处理相结合的处理工艺在合成洗涤剂生产废水中的设计和应用研究。通过对合成洗涤剂生产废水进行混凝处理试验研究,选用PAC混凝剂和较合适的混凝剂用量,去除率达到71%~80%;该处理工程经过初步运行,结果表明,该废水处理系统有着占地面积少、处理效果好、运行费用低、操作管理简便等优点,并且该技术不仅对合成洗涤剂生产废水有较好的治理效果,而且对合成洗涤剂废水和类似的洗涤废水的治理也有很好的参考价值;并最后根据工程现场情况,提出了采用混凝反应器与一沉池一体化的思想。

Abstract

The paper introduces the design and application of treatment engineering to the production wastewater of the surfactant, which incorporate foam separation, coagulation sedimentation and biochemical treatment. After the coagulation experiment on the production wastewater treatment of surfactant, PAC is chosen as the coagulant for treating the wastewater,and the reduction is 71%~80%. After preliminary running, it shows that the wastewater treatment system is characteristic of little holding area, good treatment effect, low running expense, simple management. It is feasible and has very good referential value for similar production wastewater and similar surfactant wastewater. An idea of integrating coagulation factor and sedimentation tank to one, according to the circumstance of the local engineering is put forward.
