On the basis of the description of the fundamental principle of the TTC -dehydrogenase activity determination,it introduces the application of the analytical method to the aerobic digestion of excess activated sludge, the treatment of wastewater from rotating biological disk, drinking water pretreatment in ceramsite column reactor and the usage of contact regeneration of activated sludge process in the wastewater treatment.
