Progress of inorganic coagulant—poly ferric sulfate in China

Abstract

In the past twenty years, a great development of poly ferric sulf ate in China has been made.there are many methods to produce PFS, oxidizing ferrous sulfate by nitric oxide and chlorate peroxide hy drogen.Some technologies are as advanced as that patented in American, Japan and Europe.the features of these technolo-gies, both athome and abroad, are reviewed.
