油田高含聚污水悬浮固体含量测定方法改进与探讨

Improvement and discussion on determination method of suspended solid content in high-concentration polymer sewage in oilfield

摘要:

针对油田高含聚污水悬浮固体含量测定时存在过滤速度慢,测定结果明显偏高,基于聚合物对含聚污水悬浮固体测定结果的影响机理,通过正交实验探讨了聚合物有效降解参数。结果表明:当聚合物质量浓度不大于500 mg/L时,对含聚污水的聚合物先进行预处理降解,再按照相关标准进行测定。该方法减少了抽滤时间和被截留在滤膜上聚合物的质量,消除了滤膜烘干过程中卷曲、破损现象,测量结果重现性好,更为接近真实值。

Abstract:

When measuring the suspended solids content of high-concentration polymer sewage in the oil field, there existed problems of slow filtration rate and relatively high determination result. Based on the impact mechanism of polymers on the determination results of suspended solids in the polymer sewage, the effective degradation parameters of polymers were investigated by orthogonal experiment. Based on that, a determination method of suspended solid content in high-concentration polymer sewage was proposed. Results showed that when the polymer concentration was no more than 500 mg/L, an effective degradation method was pretreatment and degradation of polymers in the polymercontaining sewage, followed by measurement according to relevant standards. This method shortens the filtration time and reduces the polymer weight remained on filter membrane. Moreover, this method eliminated the phenomenon of curling and breakage during the drying of filter membrane. The measurement result has good reproducibility and is closer to the real value.
