摘要: 涠洲油田生产水成分复杂、多变,现有水质检测方法无法适用,直接影响到生产水超精细过滤处理效果的评估。为了使水质检测结果准确可靠,对悬浮固体含量和含油量2项主要指标的检测方法进行了评价及改进。实验结果表明,水样经超精细过滤后,随着放置时间的延长,悬浮固体含量会大幅升高,建议模拟流程中的温度及压力条件,进行密闭隔氧取样,并在相同环境中进行检测。固相颗粒的存在会导致含油量检测结果偏小,建议检测取水样时,先加盐酸再加水样。

Abstract: Since the component of the produced water in Weizhou Oilfield is complicated and changeable,the existing methods of water quality detection are not applicable. Those methods directly affect the evaluation of the treatment effect of ultra-fine filtration on the produced water. In order to make the water quality detection results accurate and reliable,the detection methods of the two main indexes,including the content of suspended solids and oil content, have been evaluated and improved. The experimental results show that after the water samples have been subject to ultra-fine filtration,with the extension of standing time,the suspended solids content of ultra-fine filtrated water is greatly increased. It is recommended that temperature and pressure conditions in the process should be simulated, the sampling be accomplished under closed and oxygen-separated conditions,and detection be implemented in the same environment. The presence of solid particles may lead to the detection result of oil contents on the low side. It is suggested that a certain amount of hydrochloric acid should be added to the sampling bottle,before adding the water sample.
