超滤膜对海上天然气平台生产水的深度处理试验

摘要: 采用国产超滤膜对南海某海上天然气平台的生产水进行深度处理应用试验,研究了其对平台生产水水质的适用性,以及超滤膜的过滤性能和超滤膜设备长周期稳定运行规律。结果表明,超滤膜设备累计运行超过408 h性能无衰减,其各项工艺参数始终保持稳定,产水油质量浓度均低于20 mg/L。超滤膜材料及设备具有很好的抗污染性能和长周期稳定运行能力,其产水水质满足一级海域排放限值。

Abstract: The home-made ultrafiltration membrane has been used in the service tests on the advanced treatment of the produced water on an offshore natural gas platform. The usability of the water quality of produced water on the platform,the filtration performance of the ultrafiltration membrane and the long-period stably running rules of the ultrafiltration member equipment are researched. The results show that after the ultrafiltration membrane equipment has been operated for more than 408 accumulated running hours,its performances do not have any attenuation,and the technological parameters remain stable all the time. The mass concentrations of oil in the produced water are less than 20 mg/L. The ultrafiltration membrane materials and equipment have pretty good anti-pollution capability,and long-period stably running ability. The water quality of the produced water reach the first level discharge limit values in sea areas.
