厌氧消化对麦秆基活性炭结构与性能的影响

Effects of anaerobic digestion on structure and properties of wheat straw based activated carbon

摘要: 分别利用麦秆与厌氧消化后的沼渣为原料制备了麦秆基活性炭和厌氧消化后的麦秆基活性炭,考察其表面形貌以及对亚甲基蓝吸附特性的影响。结果表明,2种活性炭大部分为微孔结构,厌氧消化后的麦秆基活性炭的比表面积与总孔容积均高于麦秆基活性炭。XRD结果表明,2种活性炭中均出现了石墨微晶,但石墨化的程度均很低,主要由无定型碳和少量石墨微晶组成。2种活性炭对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附动力学表明,厌氧消化后的麦秆基活性炭对亚甲基蓝具有更高的吸附去除效率。

Abstract: Activated carbons(ACs) were prepared by using wheat straw and digested wheat straw. The structural characteristics and the adsorption properties to methylene blue of wheat straw and digested wheat straw based ACs were investigated. The results showed that microporous structures were the dominating composition in the two different ACs. The specific surface area and total pore volume of digested wheat straw based ACs were higher than that of wheat straw based ACs. Based on XRD analysis,the two ACs with the characteristics of low degree of graphitization,were mainly composed by amorphous carbon and a small amount of graphite crystallite. The adsorption kinetics of the two ACs to methylene blue showed that digested wheat straw based ACs had advantages over wheat straw based ACs in adsorption capacity.
