生物炭介导市政污泥两相厌氧消化性能研究

Performance of biochar-mediated two-phase anaerobic digestion of municipal sludge

摘要:

以超声波预处理的市政污泥为底物建立两相厌氧消化系统,考察牛粪生物炭添加对两相厌氧消化性能的影响。试验结果表明:对于产酸反应器,添加生物炭能够有效提高系统的运行性能;而对于产甲烷反应器,系统最优的生物炭质量浓度为10 g/L,得到的VSS和SCOD去除率分别为49.3%±1.5%和57.8%±1.3%。但更高的质量浓度(14 g/L)会导致丙酸的大量累积,从而使产甲烷反应器运行性能下降。

Abstract:

The two-phase anaerobic digestion system was constructed using ultrasound-pretreated municipal sludge as substrate. The influence of biochar addition on operation performance of the anaerobic system was investigated. The results indicate that the biochar addition is effective in improving the operation performance of the acidogenic reactor. With regards to methanogenic reactor, the highest VSS and SCOD removal rates achieved by two-phase anaerobic digestion are determined to be 49.3%±1.5% and 57.8%±1.3%, respectively, at the optimal biochar concentration of 10 g/L. However, higher biochar concentration(14 g/L) results in the decreased performance of the methanogenic reactor due to the higher propionic accumulation.
