实验室无机废液处理初步探索总结

摘要:

实验室无机废水中含有低浓度重金属离子,为降低污染与实验教学运行成本,并将环保意识镌刻于学生内心,实验室开发了三段式操作装置自行处理无机废水。该装置能将低浓度重金属废液进行有效处理,反应后的废液酸度可得到大幅降低,经CaCO3中和过滤后,最终流出滤液接近中性并且无色透明。经离子检测分析,滤液可达到重金属排放要求,最终确定废液适宜处理量为5.0 L/h。

Abstract:

The inorganic wastewater from laboratory contains low concentrations of heavy metal ions. In order to reduce pollution and experimental teaching operation costs and to raise students' environmental awareness, we developed a three-stage operation device to treat inorganic wastewater. The low-concentration heavy metal waste liquid was effectively treated using the device, and the acidity of the waste liquid after the reaction was greatly reduced. After being neutralized by CaCO3, the filtrate finally was closed to neutral, colorless and transparent. After ions detection and analysis, the filtrate met the requirements of heavy metal discharge. The optimum amount of waste liquid treated was determined to be 5.0 L/h finally.
