摘要:
总磷是循环水磷系水处理和企业污水排放解决方案中的一个重要检测指标,以目前常用的六偏磷酸钠、HEDP、ATMP、PBTCA等磷系水处理化学品为对象,研究了不同条件下紫外线对聚无机磷和有机膦系化合物的消解效率和测定误差,以及超声波对紫外线消解效率的影响,确定了紫外-超声联用的消解方法,实现了总磷的快速、准确、方便测定,且不增加化学试剂消耗,并开发了便携式紫外-超声联用总磷检测仪。

Abstract:
Total phosphorus is an important test index of the phosphorus containing circulating water for water treatment solution and enterprise sewage discharge. In this paper, the common phosphorus-based chemicals for water treatment, such as sodium hexametaphosphate, HEDP, ATMP, PBTCA, were used to study the digestion efficiency and measurement error of poly inorganic phosphorus and organophosphorus compounds under different ultraviolet lights. In addition, the effect of the digestion efficiency under ultraviolet light was investigated. Therefore, a rapid, accurate and convenient determination of total phosphorus is realized by using the combined ultraviolet/ultrasound method. Moreover, there is no increase on the consumption of chemical. A portable combined ultraviolet/ultrasound detector was developed for the determination of total phosphorus.
