摘要:
为了解决某石化厂循环水系统存在的各装置水量分配不均、能耗过高等问题,通过使用PIPENET软件对现场实际操作参数和运行数据的综合模拟分析,发现了引起上述问题的主要原因,即循环水泵扬程过高、管网设计不合理等问题,并提出了降低循环水泵扬程、改造管网等解决方案。同时就技术经济性方面进一步分析,最终确定了技术方案,达到了整个循环水系统节能优化的目的。项目改造完成后对实际运行情况进行评估,较改造前节约耗电26.80%,取得了良好的经济效益,可为石油化工企业其他类似问题的处理提供可供借鉴的参考。

Abstract:
There exist the problems of uneven water distribution of each unit and high energy consumption of the circulating water system in a petrochemical plant. The main causes of the above problems including high lift of circulating water pump and unreasonable design of pipe network were found by comprehensive simulation and analysis of the actual operation parameters and operation data with PIPENET software. Several solutions such as reducing the lift of circulating water pump and reforming the official website were put forward. At the same time, the technical economy was further analyzed and finally the technical scheme was determined to achieve the purpose of energy saving optimization of the whole circulating water system. After the completion of the project transformation, the actual operation was evaluated, and the power consumption was 26.80% lower than that before the transformation. It achieved good economic benefits and can provide a reference for the treatment of other similar problems in petrochemical plants.
