摘要:

有机胍化合物的杀菌性能优异,但在海生物抑制领域少有探讨。研究了有机胍杀菌剂对污损海生物的抑制性能及对海洋生物的毒理效应,结果表明:有机胍使用质量浓度为10 mg/L时对污损海生物的抑制率可达95%以上,同时,有机胍的96 h-LC50(实验96 h海生物死亡50%时)样品的质量浓度为76.17 mg/L,对海域生物影响较小,用作海生物抑制剂的性能优异。

Abstract:

Organic guanidine compounds have excellent bactericidal properties,but they are rarely studied in the field of marine organisms inhibition. The inhibition performance of organic guanidine bactericide on polluted marine organisms and its toxicological effect on marine organisms were investigated. The results showed that the inhibition rate of organic guanidine on polluted marine organisms could reach more than 95% when the concentration of organic guanidine was 10 mg/L. At the same time,the 96 h-LC50(50% of marine organisms died in 96 h test time) of organic guanidine was 76.17 mg/L,which had little impact on marine organisms. It had excellent performance as a marine organism’s inhibitor.
