摘要: 为了控制珠海天然气发电有限公司海水循环系统中的海生物,开发出环境友好的非氧化性海生物杀生剂TS-8511。评价了TS-8511对海生物的杀灭性能、急性毒性、生物蓄积性及生物降解性,并探讨了TS-8511的作用机理。结果表明,投加5 mg/L TS-8511并作用12 h,海生物的72 h死亡率可达到90%,投加10 mg/L以上,72 h死亡率达100%。TS-8511具有高效、低毒、生物蓄积性低、易生物降解的特点,对贝类、蛤类杀灭效果好,对鱼类影响小。

Abstract: In order to control the marine creatures in the seawater circulating system of CNOOC Zhuhai Natural Gas Power Co., Ltd., TS-8511, as a kind of environment-friendly non-oxidizing biocide, has been developed. Its biocidal capacibility, acute toxicity, bioaccumulation and biodegradability are evaluated, and its action mechanisms are discussed. The results show that when the dosage of TS-8511 is 5 mg/L and action time 12 h, its killing of marine creatures can reach 90% in 72 h. When the dosage of TS-8511 is 10 mg/L or more, its killing rate can reach 100% in 72 h. TS-8511 is characterized by high efficiency, low toxicity, less bioaccumulation and readily biodegradable. It can effectively kill shellfishes and clams, but has little effect on fishes.
