摘要:
针对当前软水缓蚀剂含磷量高和易造成环境污染的缺点,开发出了一种不含磷,环境相容性好,用量低的新型软水缓蚀剂.研究了加药量和温度对药剂缓蚀率的影响,并对产品的生物降解性进行了测试.实验表明,当实验温度为45 ℃时,在软水中加入该药剂65 mg/L时,碳钢、铜和不锈钢的腐蚀率都优于国家规定标准,药剂缓蚀性能稳定,且药剂本身环保、可生物降解.

Abstract:
A kind of soft water corrosion inhibitor which is non-phosphorus,environment-friendly and low consumption has been prepared,aiming at the shortcomings of the current soft water corrosion inhibitors,such as having high phosphorus content and causing environmental pollution easily. The influences of the dosage of corrosion inhibitor and temperature on the corrosion inhibiting rate are studied,and the biodegradability of the product is tested. Experiments show that the corrosion rates of carbon steel, copper and stainless steel are completely superior to the national-regulated standard,corrosion inhibiting capacity is stable,and the inhibitor itself is environment-friendly and biodegradable,when the test temperature is 45 ℃,and the inhibitor dosage added to soft water is 65 mg/L.
