无磷水处理方案在炼油循环水系统的应用

摘要:

四川石化第五循环水场为炼油循环水系统,根据补充水水质及系统特点,选用无磷水处理方案。在系统回用水利用率达到30%~40%,日常运行浓缩倍数控制在4~5倍的条件下,无磷水处理方案可达到良好的防腐、阻垢、微生物控制效果,对油类泄漏等应急处理高效、及时,保障了各生产装置长周期稳定运行,社会、经济和环境效益良好。

Abstract:

The fifth recirculating cooling water system of Sichuan Petrochemical Company served as an oil refining circulating water system. The non-phosphorus program was selected for cooling water treatment according to supplementary water quality and system characteristics. Under the condition that the utilization rate of recycled water in the system reached 30%-40%, and the concentration ratio of daily operation was controlled at 4-5 times, the non-phosphorus water treatment program can achieve good anti-corrosion, scale inhibition, microbial control effects and timely disposed the emergency treatment such as oil leakage. The non-phosphorus program had ensured long period and stable operation of all process units, and got good economic and social environmental benefits.
