Example of wastewater treatment project and digital application in circulating water system of refining and chemical enterprises

摘要:

针对某炼化公司循环水系统水质恶化情况,选择膜生物反应器(MBR)与频繁倒极电渗析(EDR)组合工艺深度处理循环水旁滤反洗废水和清净废水。深度处理后出水水质良好,满足《石油化工污水再生利用设计规范》(SH 3173—2013)要求,应用数字化技术使循环水系统运行更加稳定。工程运行费用为1.87元/t,EDR在线化学清洗周期为50~60 d,离线清洗周期为12~14月。

Abstract:

Aiming at the deterioration of circulating water system water quality in an refining and chemical company, membrane bioreactor(MBR) and frequent electrodialysis reversal(EDR) combined process was selected for advanced treatment of circulating water by-pass filter backwashing wastewater and cleaning wastewater. After advanced treatment, the effluent quality was good and met the requirements of the "Design specification for watewater reclamation and reutilization in petrochemical industy"(SH 3173-2013), and the operation of the circulating water system by digital technology was more stable. The operation cost of the project was 1.87 CNY per ton. The EDR on-line chemical cleaning cycle was 50-60 d and the off-line cleaning cycle was 12-14 months.
