ABFT工艺在火电厂循环水排污水处理中的应用

Application of ABFT process in the treatment of circulating water drainage in a thermal power plant

摘要:

为去除循环水排污水中的有机物和总氮,降低后续臭氧-生物活性炭单元的处理负荷,使系统处理出水能够达标排放,某电厂采用ABFT技术对均质调节后的循环水排污水进行预处理。调试运行结果表明,在进水TN为10~30 mg/L,COD为60~100 mg/L的情况下,ABFT工艺对TN和COD的平均去除率分别为55%和36%,出水水质稳定,满足ABFT单元出水要求,降低了后续单元处理负荷,确保了最终处理出水能够达标排放。

Abstract:

To remove the organic matter and total nitrogen in the circulating water sewage and reduce the subsequent ozone-bioactive carbon unit processing load, so that the system effluent could reach the discharge standard, a power plant used ABFT technology to pretreatment the homogeneously adjusted circulating sewage. The debugging results showed that when the total nitrogen of the influent of the system was 10-30 mg/L and the COD of the influent was 60-100 mg/L, the average removal rate of total nitrogen and COD by the ABFT process was 55% and 36%, respectively. The effluent quality was stable, meeting the effluent requirements of ABFT unit, and reducing the subsequent unit treatment load. It also ensured that the final treatment of effluent could meet the discharge standards.
