摘要:

通过介绍某小型电镀园区废水处理站运营案例的各类技术参数,为同类废水的处理运营提供相应的借鉴经验。从废水分类收集、间歇处理、污泥干化等方面分析了处理成本降低的可行性。对于废水中处理达标难度较大的污染因子总氮,通过前端控制来水浓度以及与生活污水混合处理的试验,为其稳定达到《电镀水污染物排放标准》(DB 44/1597—2015)提供可参考性探讨。

Abstract:

By introducing various technical parameters of a small electroplating park wastewater treatment station operation case, it provides corresponding reference experience for the treatment and operation of similar wastewater. The feasibility of reducing the treatment cost was analyzed from the aspects of wastewater classification collection, intermittent treatment and sludge drying. For the total nitrogen in the pollution factor, which is difficult to meet the standard in wastewater treatment, through the front-end control of the concentration of incoming water and the test of mixed treatment with domestic sewage, it can provide a reference discussion for stable solution to the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Electroplating(DB 44/1597-2015).
