UV/H2O2预氧化处理锌镍合金电镀废水的研究

Study on UV/H2O2 pre-oxidation for treating zinc-nickel alloys electroplating wastewater

摘要:

锌镍合金电镀是近10年发展起来的一种新型电镀技术,由于电镀过程添加了大量配位剂及螯合剂,使废水中的锌和镍离子以络合形式存在,无法采用传统的加碱沉淀方式直接处理。研究了UV/H2O2预氧化对这类合金电镀废水的处理效果,分析了UV照射时间、H2O2投加量、原水pH以及操作方式对处理效果的影响。结果表明UV/H2O2预氧化可以有效地氧化分解合金电镀废水中的络合物,预处理出水经加碱沉淀后,锌和镍的去除率分别可达95.3%、98.7%,达到GB21900-2008《电镀污染物排放标准》的要求。

Abstract:

Zinc-nickel alloys electroplate is a new technology developed in recent 10 years. Since a large amount of complexing agent and chelating agent were added in the electroplating process,zinc and nickel ions in wastewater exist in complex form,and it is impossible for it to be treated directly by conventional method of precipitation with alkali. The treatment effect of UV/H2O2 pre-oxidation method on this kind of alloy electroplating wastewater has been studied. The influences of UV irradiation time, dosage of H2O2,pH of original wastewater and operation style on the treatment effect are analyzed. The results show that UV/H2O2 pre-oxidation can effectively oxidize and decompose the complex compounds in alloy electroplating wastewater. After the effluent of pre-treatment has been precipitated with alkali,the removing rates of zinc and nickel can reach 95.3% and 98.7%,respectively,meeting the requirements specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating (GB 21900-2008).
