采用流动注射分析仪总氮通道测定硝酸盐氮的探讨

Discussion on the determination of nitrate nitrogen by total nitrogen channel in flow injection analyzer

摘要:

将流动注射分析仪总氮通道与消解相关的管路进行调整、简单改装并调整进样程序参数后用于测定硝酸盐氮项目。采用改装后的流动注射分析仪总氮通道绘制的硝酸盐氮标准曲线的斜率为0.001 7,相关系数r值为0.999 8,线性结果良好。根据《环境监测分析方法标准制订技术导则》(HJ 168—2020)的相关规定分别验证该方法的检出限、测定下限。结果表明,检出限为0.002 mg/L,测定下限为0.008 mg/L。同时对标准样品进行检测,标准样品的检测结果合格,相对标准偏差为1.46%。对地表水、地下水和废水进行检测,其相对标准偏差分别为0.28%、0.40%和0.25%。为检验该方法与环境标准方法的测定结果是否具有显著性差异,采用配对样本t检验法将该方法与环境标准方法进行比对,结果表示2种方法无显著性差异。

Abstract:

The digestion related pipeline of the total nitrogen channel of the flow injection analyzer was adjusted,simply modified and modified the injection program parameters used for the determination of nitrate nitrogen. The slope of nitrate nitrogen standard curve which drawn by the total nitrogen channel of the modified flow injection analyzer was 0.001 7,and the correlation coefficient r value was 0.999 8,with good linearity. The detection limit and lower determination limit of this method were verified according to the Technical Guideline for the Development of Environmental Monitoring Analytical Method Standards (HJ 168—2020). The detection limit was 0.002 mg/L,and the lower limit of determination was 0.008 mg/L. At the same time,the standard sample was tested. The test result of the standard sample was qualified,and the relative standard deviation was 1.46%. The relative standard deviations of surface water,groundwater and wastewater were 0.28%,0.40% and 0.25% respectively. In order to test whether there was significant difference between the determination results of this method and the environmental standards method,the paired sample t-test method was used to compare this method with the environmental standards method. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods.
