摘要:

好氧反硝化菌是一类可利用好氧反硝化酶,在有氧条件下进行反硝化作用的细菌。综述了好氧反硝化作用机理及其酶系统,重点阐述了好氧反硝化菌筛选方法以及已分离获得的好氧反硝化菌类群及生长特性,并介绍了好氧反硝化实际工艺应用情况。同时,归纳总结出相关研究及应用中存在的问题,提出了好氧反硝化的研究方向。

Abstract:

Aerobic denitrifiers are a class of denitrifying bacteria which denitrify with aerobic denitrification enzyme under aerobic condition. Their mechanisms and denitrification enzyme systems are summarized. The method for screening aerobic denitrification bacteria,the isolated aerobic denitrification bacteria group and the growth characteristics are expounded emphatically. The actual technological application situation of aerobic denitrifying bacteria is introduced. Meanwhile,the problems existing in relavent research and application are concluded and summarized,and research directions of aerobic denitrification proposed.
