人造沸石去除高速公路服务区污水氨氮的实验研究

Removal of ammonia nitrogen from sewage in the service area of the highway by artificial zeolite

摘要:

采用人造沸石处理高速公路服务区高浓度NH3-N污水,从温度、投加量、pH和不同搅动方式等角度考察人造沸石对污水中NH3-N去除的影响,同时结合人造沸石重复使用性能探讨其工程运用的潜能。结果表明:静置条件下,20 g/L人造沸石在4 ℃和25 ℃ 下24 h内对污水中NH3-N的去除率分别达41.28%和48.34%(相差7.06%),表明温度对NH3-N去除无显著影响;不同搅动方式对NH3-N去除效果的影响表现为曝气>振荡>静置,20 g/L人造沸石在曝气(1.0 L/min)条件下,NH3-N去除率达80.02%;当人造沸石投加量增大到50、100 g/L时,振荡(100 r/min)条件下NH3-N去除率分别可达83.34%、89.48%;对于不同pH污水,曝气处理时pH对NH3-N去除效果的影响表现为碱性>中性>酸性;人造沸石具有良好的重复使用性能,重复使用6次,NH3-N去除率仍可达36.77%。人造沸石在去除高速公路服务区污水中NH3-N方面具有一定的技术研究和实际应用价值。

Abstract:

Using artificial zeolite to treat high nitrogen-containing sewage in highway service areas,the effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen in sewage was investigated from the perspectives of temperature,dosage,pH and different stirring methods. At the same time,the reuse performance of artificial zeolite was used to discuss its engineering application potential. The results showed that under static conditions,the ammonia nitrogen removal rates of 20 g/L artificial zeolite at 4 ℃ and 25 ℃ in 24 h were 41.28% and 48.34% respectively (the gap was 7.06%) in the wastewater. The outlet temperature had no obvious effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen. The effect of different stirring methods on the removal of ammonia nitrogen followed aeration, shaking and standing,and NH3-N removal rate of 80.02% with 20 g/L artificial zeolite under aeration(1.0 L/min). When the dosage of artificial zeolite increased to 50 and 100 g/L,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen could reach 83.34% and 89.48% under the condition of shaking(100 r/min). For sewage with different pH,the nitrogen removal effect of pH followed alkaline,neutral and acidic by aeration treatment. The artificial zeolite had good reusability,after 6 times of repeated use,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate could still reach 36.77%. Artificial zeolite had certain technical research and practical application value in the removal of ammonia nitrogen from sewage in highway service areas.
