电化学法处理养殖场臭气吸收剂及其循环利用的研究

Electrochemical method to deal with the odor absorbent and its recycling in breeding farm

摘要:

用酸吸收氨气是目前解决养殖场臭气问题的一种有效措施,但吸收剂使用量大是导致吸收法无法推广的重要原因。采用柠檬酸作为吸收剂,用电化学方法再生含氨氮的吸收剂。通过比较线性扫描伏安曲线发现,柠檬酸作为含氨臭气的吸收剂在电化学反应进程中不易被分解,比其他酸更具有电化学稳定性。以钌钛涂层电极作为阳极,纯钛板作为阴极,在含氨氮的柠檬酸吸收剂中运行。使用单因素分析与正交法考察得出最佳的氨氮去除工艺条件:反应温度为30 ℃、NaCl质量浓度为4.0 g/L和电流密度为100 mA/cm2。同时,对吸收剂的动态pH和吸收剂中的氨氮浓度进行拟合,结果显示二者呈线性关系,拟合度大于99%。因此可以用pH表征吸收剂中的氨氮浓度,为跟踪氨氮的去除进程提供更为简便、高效的方法。

Abstract:

Absorption of ammonia with acid is one of the effective methods to solve the problem of odor in livestock farms,but its large amount utilization is an important reason that the absorption method cannot be popularized. In this study,citric acid was used as absorbent and the absorbent containing ammonia nitrogen was regenerated by electrochemical method. The comparison of linear sweep voltammetry curves showed that citric acid,as an absorbent of ammonia-containing odor,was not decomposed in the electrochemical reaction process and had better electrochemical stability than the other acids. The ruthenium-titanium coated electrode was used as anode and pure titanium plate was used as cathode in citric acid absorbent containing ammonia nitrogen. Single factor analysis and orthogonal method showed that the optimum conditions for ammonia removal were as follows:reaction temperature 30 ℃,sodium chloride concentration 4.0 g/L and current density 100 mA/cm2. At the same time,the dynamic pH of the absorbent and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the absorbent were fitted to the data,and the results showed that there was a linear relationship between them,and the fitting degree was more than 99%. Therefore,pH can be used to characterize the ammonia nitrogen content in the absorbent,which provides a more simple and efficient method for tracking the process of ammonia nitrogen removal.
